Our Management and Community Support teams bring a wealth of experience, skills, and knowledge in supporting people with disabilities. Our team members come from diverse professional and cultural backgrounds, including social work, community services, case management, assistant in nursing (AIN), commercial cookery and training, work-health and safety, business management, arts and craft, age care, childcare and more.
Our team are more than colleagues—we’re a supportive family. We work together with trust, respect, and shared purpose, fostering a culture where every member feels valued and empowered.
Before commencing work, all staff must complete a thorough background screening process, including NDIS worker screening check, a current National Police Check, Working With Children Check, and professional reference checks.
Our staff maintain up-to-date first aid certifications, equipping them with the necessary skills to provide first aid, emergency life support, and CPR in different situations.
All our staff members hold a valid driver's license and have access to a registered vehicle with compehansive car insurance. We require our staff to renew their driver’s license, vehicle registration and car insurance before expiration, ensuring continuous compliance with our safety and operational standards.
We collaborate with allied health professionals to develop tailored support plans for our clients, ensuring the highest standard of care. Our client-focused strategies are regularly reviewed and updated, with corresponding training provided to staff to maintain best practices.
We are committed to supporting our team through ongoing professional development, adaptive resources, and responsive guidance—empowering them to navigate diverse working conditions and complex situations effectively.
